June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month. This event is to raise awareness about men’s mental health challenges, raise funds to support Alliance Resource Circle's programming in our community, encourage open conversations and reduce stigma among men, and connect men with mental health resources.

According to the CDC, nearly 1 in 10 Men experience some form of depression or anxiety, but less than half seek treatment. Men March for Mental Health is a community initiative designed to raise awareness about men’s mental health, encourage open conversations, and connect individuals with resources and support systems. The event will bring together community, leaders, families, mental health advocates, and organizations for a powerful day of unity, education, and support. Participants who register for $25 will receive an event t-shirt and event metal to walk approximately 2 miles to celebrate June as Men's Mental Health Month
